Stopped in while traveling thru. No one even bothered to acknowledge us until we were ready to check out. Definitely not customer friendly. Or atleast not to travelers.

Great customer service. The manager Kerry is awesome, went above and beyond to help me return a shirt via mail. He didn’t have to do this, could have said F off and didn’t. Took pictures of what was available and didn’t even have me pay return shipping. What a great guy, manager. Next time I buy a bike it will be from there and that is 6 hrs. Past my home dealership. Nice job brother, I appreciate you.
Brian in sales. Can't say enough good things about him. No pressure, no hassle, knowledgeable, friendly and all around nice guy. Jarod in service was exceptional too. He wss accommodating, patient and super friendly. The staff at the parts and clothing departments were super friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I'd rate my experience in purchasing a new Harley a 5 star at Holsteins.

Purchased my Road King Special from Holstein's and have now added exhaust and bars. Jim in parts is excellent and is great to work with. If you've got questions he'll make sure you get the answers. He takes the time to work with you. Jarod in service deserves a shout out as well. Keep it up.

Just bought a Road King from here, customer service was awesome! Brian was my salesman and was extremely helpful and easy to work with, I was in and out in about half an hour. Will definitely be back.
