During my visit yesterday and past few appointments, I have overheard side comments and observed less-than-positive interactions between hygienists/care team members that seem to indicate a level of unhappiness and potential problems with the work culture/environment.
I was taken as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone friendly. Dr. Kim explained everything to me and it was a good time.
I am always pleased with the care and service I get at Holohan Dental.
Very friendly office when there. Happy that dentist (Dr. Busch) does the cleaning (instead of a hygienist). Need more responsiveness on voicemails and being able to handle non-routine insurance (dental and health) submissions.
Holohan dental was recommended by our friends, and we understand why! They were great from the moment we walked in. They greeted my daughter with her name, all the procedure was explained, they took time to show my 6 year old all the tools they will use so she does not get scared. We know Holohan dental will be our family dentist, and we would highly recommend them to everyone!
All went well...Great office and staff!
Everyone is very friendly and professional.
Brigitte worked very hard to make sure that I was comfortable, as I have a chronic painful neck problem.
The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional - a wonderful combination.
