i had carla clean my teeth for the first time and she did a great job.i need a new crown, however,i was not told the cost etc.

It was very nice seeing Dr. Colleen.
I would prefer to have you bill my insurance company as done in the past visits as they pay very quickly. This has never been an issue in the past.
Hygienist was great. Not happy that receptionist changed payment terms. Agreement upfront was submission to insurance, and then I pay balance after insurance settles. Receptionist required immediate 100% payment. Also, tried to book next checkup on a Saturday. Receptionist wouldn't allow that.
Dr Holohan made me feel right at home and took care of my needs. She even referred me to a specialist to have an immediate root canal before the occasional twinge could become painful.
I might prejudice my remarks because I know the Holohan's, but putting that aside which is difficult to do because of Bill and Colleen's solid reputations outside their practice, my experience was A+ by the Holohan staff.
