Susie was very professional, courteous and a ready smile. Congrats to her and her new family!!! It was nice meeting Mary who also made me feel very comfortable, keeping me apprised of what was going on, and of course, Dr. Bill who reminded me of how long we have been coming there, can't believe I was once 28 when we started. Where did that time go. Of course, I'm only 39 now. (tee hee) Thank you to all, Pat and the front desk for always making us feel welcome.
Service was great. I only had one comment for consideration:The way tha the insurance/pay first, then reimbursed from insurance was not explained to me. It may be a good idea to explain the way the charging works, as my understanding from other health-care providers is that the insurance is submitted first, and then if there is something not covered, I
