I have been a loyal patient at Holohan dental for half a century. I remain loyal because it provides first-class dentistry, non-pressure explanations of need for and benefits of added services, and a truly pleasant and welcoming staff. I would particularly single out Brigitte, Pat, and Cindy in addition to the dentists themselves, beginning with Bill who has been my principal physician, and friend, for many years.
I do have to mention one thing, and I noticed it as soon as I walked in the door. The lady that was usually at the desk was not there. I don't really know what her name is. I never cared to find out. I asked, when I was setting up my next appointment, and was told she is no longer there. It is very possible that you have improved your company. Everyone in your office is always so pleasant and nice. It seemed that our dealings with her were always adversarial. Why, I don't know. Keep up the great service.

I usually have trouble with the head rest on the chair, and wish it were more easily adjusted by the patient - me. That's the only fault I find with Holohan Dental. I'd say you're doing a pretty good job.
