Holmgren Subaru is the best! SO glad I did business with them in May. I had a spill in my back seat from some groceries I had back there that left a nasty (milky) stain � I brought it to them to see if they had a stain lifter, and they took my car right in, shampood the whole seat and - VOILA- stain was gone and didn't smell any more!!! � Then when I asked how much it will cost me, they told me not to worry about it! Best experience. Shaya was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about my Subaru. He went over every single feature and answered all my questions. No one was pushy, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. And the best thing was there was no BS and haggling over price. I would HIGHLY recommend starting here FIRST when you're looking for a new car. I won't go elsewhere.

While having. Service I was keeping my special needs son busy looking at the cars on the lot. We were Rudly told we have to stay away from the cars off the black top as they are employee cars, which they aren't. We were then followed to make sure we didn't look at them. This isn't how you treat a customer who will be looking for a new car.

I'm giving 3 stars simply because I don't think it's fair to judge an entire dealership on 1 experience or 1 salesman. I do however give Tim Costello 1 star because he made me feel uncomfortable when I didn't want the car I went to look at and then made faces the entire time I was explaining to the manager what I was looking for. I think it might be time for him to retire.
