The worst experience ever, at a car dealership.. we drove 40 minutes with specific cars that we had picked out from their website to see and test drive. Sharon couldn't find the keys to several of them and tried to sell us vehicles with way more miles.. we were looking to purchase a subaru for my son and the outback that he really wanted, she informed him, was just way too much of a car for him. trying to convince us to by a different kind. From start to finish Holmgren was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy and there was zero pressure. They were helpful and supportive while I was trying to decide which car I wanted. I never felt like I was just another person, they all truly seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my purchase. We had a wonderful experience buying our Subaru at Holmgren! The dealership was next level nice compared to anything we were looking at. By having better mechanics and customer service, left last week with an oil change and a week later noticed they didn’t tighten the skidplate... they suggested to tighten before bringing it in to look at..with what bolt? Would recommend going elsewhere
I just want to give a huge shout out to holmgren Subaru I purchased a vehicle used from another dealership it's a Subaru legacy which I love two weeks ago I had an incident where I was pissing radiator fluid all over my driveway overheating they told me they didn't know when they were going to be able to get to it as they were pretty booked until the end of May when I explained to them my situation they were able to accommodate me and my family giving me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was complete should I pick up my vehi... read more
We purchased a Subaru outback Dec. of 2016. It was a 2013 with 20,000 miles on it. It had all the whistles and bells. I absolutely love it. We took it in today for a recall on the airbag. We decided to get a new cabin filter. We are always treated so well. I can't say enough for the good service we get. We will always have it maintained at Holmgren.
