I think it's unprofessional when the sales manager tells a customer that they will call them back by the end of the weekend and never did. Then another thing was company tells their customer before walking out the door numorous times to make sure I tell my friends and family that I think this dealership is great and laid back and by far the best. Really if you are why do you have to tell people that walk through the door this and remind them and on top of it then not ever call them back. I find it quite defensive
