Nice place to live I have been here for 5 years and the staff is always avaliable when I need them and they address any issues very quickly.
Great location I chose this location because it was close to my job but it has been a great experience. The manager and staff are very friendly.
Safe and nice place to live I moved in 2 months ago and so far this place is very nice the apartment is great, the bathroom is clean, you don't suffer from parking spots they're very close to the main door of your building "few steps", everything is around you in this area like price chopper, some restuarants, quiktrip, and ward parkway area. the management are very nice to give you all what you need. You'll make good decision to live in this place.
Poor Availability and Quality Often away from office even when dropping off rent checks. Deliveries are often redirected or no one in the office to pick up the few that are received. Fixing of ceiling leaks consists of a coat of spray paint with stopped drains and leaky faucets ignored. Windows provide almost no seal with cold air flowing through when closed and poor quality HVAC units on top of it. Pretty sure my furnace is from the 60's. We at Holmeswood Apartments appreciate all feedback. We fix issues fast and speak with all of our tenants to make sure their apartment is a nice place to live in. We have geese that migrate here seasonally and most people love it. We appreciate nature and tranquility here. Nice apartment and Nice office staff I have lived in Holmes wood apartment for three years. I can say it how great apartment it is. The office staff is so nice and helpful, she takes care us just like her family. My family and I enjoy these three years. Last week,they fixed the road,looks more comfortable. I feel sad bacause my family move out, I own a house right now. I am so happy to share my happiness to everyone, this is really nice apartment to live.
Pretty good place to live. So far the office staff has been pretty friendly and prompt with following through on issues that we've had. There has been ample parking which is great! The community pool is kind of small but we haven't really had much of an opportunity to use it. For us it's pretty ideally located to work and school. Great experience so far!!
