A lovely place to live A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.
Live here Wall are thin hear the people above you. Leasing agent and management live in builds with shoes in hall. Have tons of company and re done parking lot.

Holmeswood Management is the Worse!!!!! This complex has a new manager who is so rude. I am trying to get in contact with corporate/lawyer and this manager is refusing to give me any information like it is a big secret. Is this what trying to correct a matter coming too. The office will not cooperate in order to Resolve a Matter.
Would recommend to Friends & Family I have lived here for a month and have had an excellent experience. Yvonne, the office manager, is knowledgeable, personable, and just a nice person. They have fixed everything requested within a day of the request, it’s honestly more than impressive. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I usually don’t leave good reviews, but, they deserve it.
Absolutely the best!!! Very clean and quite. Property manager is so sweet and helpful!! I just love her I can't wait to move in my new home!!
Nice Yvonne (office manager) is very helpful in making sure all of your needs are addressed from move in and there after with great professionalism. Maintenance has met addressed my concerns promptly. I love the area. Lots of space and plenty of parking.
TERRIBLE STEER CLEAR Management is rude. You have to pay for water that barely has water pressure, if anyone uses the water expect it to be cold or boiling hot, or smells of sewage. On top that, the maintenance is ONE man who says everything is ‘Ok’ and tries to put a bandaid on a SUPER old stove. The furnace is old, the carpet has yet to be replaced. Barely lit parking lot.
