Being told at drop-off that it could take up to five days just to begin the diagnostic process due to a lack of technicians is unacceptable. Great new Ford truck and mediocre sales and service at best. Too many issues to get into. Almost 2 months and dealing with unresolved issues from this lazy dealership. WHERES MY REPLACEMENT LICENSE PLATE SINCE YOUR SALES PERSON TRASHED MINE. Am I going to 2027 with a tattered paper plate. Lazy do nothing staff.
