Service dept is ok. Warranty work is not as attentive.
These crooks signed us up for a service plan without telling us. Didn't realize it until 3yrs later when we traded in our vehicle...in Michigan, where we live, which is why we said we didn't want a service plan in AZ.
Had oil change and inspection done on my dads 2019 f350 tire rotation and air pressure check. What their "teck" wrote down and what they really were were way off. I tow a 42.5 foot 5th wheel for my dad . Lazy teck trying to kill us. You suck ford.
Terrible!!!! Service department is terrible, the worst!!! Waited patiently 2 weeks for a service advisor to call me back only so she can be the rudest person ever. Told me about the date available I said no problem but blew up when I asked if I was going to get a loaner. There’s ways to say things and she does not have an ounce of customer service.
