I just bought a new F-350 from Holmes Tuttle. I worked with Chris Claussen at the dealership. He was helpful and made the process as easy as buying a new car can be. I recommend working with him if you get the chance.
Barry Schacter their service manager said it was not worth $77 to reimburse me, for them not connecting the rear tail lights when they did the recall to fix the camera on July 17. I dropped the car off Friday and received it back Monday 11, for some reason did not want them to try to fix it. Also if you deal with them be patient they are not good returning voicemail. but they are good in asking for favorable reviews.
I had a really great service experience here! They did a good multi point inspection before my 1500 mile road trip, and everyone was kind and it was quick!

I brought my truck in for diagnostics because I was experiencing cooling issues while towing. After inspecting it, I was told there were no problems. The technician even noted on the multipoint inspection that everything looked great, and I received a phone call confirming the truck was in excellent condition.
