Employees were very friendly and nice. The waiting room is always the most awkward especially when there are people in there that are very, very loud and playing their cell phones on audible so as to this other patients sitting in the office.

This place was ok a few years ago but it’s really gone downhill. It feels short staffed. Patient needs help using the bathroom and it takes over an hour to get assistance. Nurses can’t get responses from providers in a timely fashion. No one seems to know what’s going on. Patient is a Health First employee to boot. If you can’t take care of your own family, what are you even doing?
