Montgomery location has the worst service department ever and they treat women like they are stupid and very rude. They should be made a do a check off list when a vechicle comes in and fix things on vechicle before they are put on the lot to sell and sales person doesnt know anything about whats wrong with vechicle.
THEY ARE THEFTS WHEN THEY REPOSSESSED MY VEHICLE THEY STOLE WHAT WAS IN IT. I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE TO LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. Believe me when I say I have no problem complaining when the customer service isn’t up to par. I have been in customer service as a manager for several years. I have always been glad to get negative reviews because that’s how we grew and improved. Although positive reviews are far and few between. I like to write positive reviews when they are due. NO STARS!!!!!! I’ve had hell from this company since day 1. I should have known better than to conduct business with a company such as this. I feel their practices are unethical and they take advantage of the consumer. At the time I was going through a divorce and my current vehicle was no longer any good. never buying NOTHING again from them
horrible place bought a car for $15,600 and on top of that they want me to pay $2,400 extra to purchase the vehicle after i finish with the 78 payments and is just to put the car under my name that is so dumb i never heard of a residual value after paying all that money for a car.
