RecommendedThis is my favorite place to live in Lincoln in an apartment. It's right by Holmes Lake Park and I love the garage below the building with a bike rack and place to wash your car.

My husband and I called Holmes Lake Apartments home for nearly 3 years :) All of the staff are extremely kind and know each and every one of the residents which is very impressive! I had very few maintenance issues over my time there, but when I did they were always extremely prompt and helpful unlike other Lincoln residences. Between these things and the amenities it was well worth the price. We moved out recently due to my husband's military obligations and they were very kind and understanding of the situation.
