The architecture is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the finishes inside the units are just as impressive. I’ve lived at Holmes Beverly for a while now and have had a really positive experience. The building is clean, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet for the area. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request or small issue, the team has handled it quickly and professionally. The common areas are nice, the location is convenient, and overall it’s been an easy, comfortable place to live. Great location! 2 blocks from train, walking distance to parks, beach, theaters, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The building is well appointed, comfortable, quiet and clean. Management is friendly, professional and accessible. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and competently. This is a fantastic place to live!
