Recommendedwas very good worked on my sore muscles and tension
They don’t respect their customers they just want your money. Been going there for four years this past Monday storm ⛈ I was in Jackson power went out. Phone died obviously I didn’t wake up called to reschedule as soon as I charged my phone they DIDNT say anything about charging me for two visits. I’m in a lot of pain and their best employee there is GEORJEAN. WEBER. VERY UPSET. STILL IN PAIN AND WILL NEVER GO TO A MASSAGE ENVY EVER AGAIN AND I ALREADY SPREAD THE WORD. KATHY MCGINNIS
I am not ssure that I would say I wouldn't recommend this location but I expected more. I was not given any information upon booking as to when masks are required, sanitation protocols, etc. This was my first time receiving a hydrafacial. I was not given any after care instructions, no product recommendations, not upkeep ideas. Luckily I'm in the industry so I can figure it out myself. I am a member of ME, and this Holmdel, NJ ME has met all expectations . they have a terrific front desk staff, and Maria is an outstanding massage therapist.
I absolutely LOVE this location! The staff, atmosphere and experience are amazing! I especially love Jenn K!
Glen was a very good masseur. Deep tissue is his thing and he didn’t disappoint!
