Have been seeing Dr Kim for about 15 years. He is competent, personable, and never rushes through. He has also helped me and other family members beyond just pure ENT items, more than any other doctor was able too. Good man and good doctor.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chong. Throughout the appointment, I felt more like a child being lectured than a patient seeking support. As someone who has completed a medical certification myself, I’m used to that kind of tone from professors—not from a provider I’ve come to for help. His demeanor was cold and dismissive, much like the front desk staff during my initial intake. Dr. Kim was an excellent surgeon when I needed my parotid gland removed due to cancer during COVID, and appreciated his care at that time. However, during my most recent yearly check up, I felt very uncomfortable. His demeanor was aggressive, and he repeatedly tried to impose his personal religious beliefs on me. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a medical setting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am no longer able to recommend him.
