He is very good doctor
Have been seeing Dr Kim for about 15 years. He is competent, personable, and never rushes through. He has also helped me and other family members beyond just pure ENT items, more than any other doctor was able too. Good man and good doctor.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chong. Throughout the appointment, I felt more like a child being lectured than a patient seeking support. As someone who has completed a medical certification myself, I’m used to that kind of tone from professors—not from a provider I’ve come to for help. His demeanor was cold and dismissive, much like the front desk staff during my initial intake.
