Dr. Kim was incredibly helpful during a serious tooth infection that brought me to the hospital. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to carefully evaluate my situation. His judgment and guidance gave me confidence during a very stressful experience, and I truly felt that he understood what was best for me. I am extremely grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent ENT doctor.
Id give zero stars if I could. Receptionist is miserable. And Dr Kim is rude and condescending. Didn't even look at my ctscan results. He thinks he knows it all. Diagnosed me with jaw issues when I went there for sinus issues. Got another opinion and I need sinus surgery.
He is very good doctor
Have been seeing Dr Kim for about 15 years. He is competent, personable, and never rushes through. He has also helped me and other family members beyond just pure ENT items, more than any other doctor was able too. Good man and good doctor.
