I went to them to get it sized down. and needless to say they did a wonderful job after having to size it three different times because my fingers swell sometimes they did a wonderful job and never fussed about the numerous size changes and my ring was given back to me cleaner and more beautiful than when I brought it to them I would def recommend them to everyone
