Due to an unfortunate ankle fracture, I scheduled an appointment with this medical group which I had no previous touchpoint. That said, I had an appointment with Dr Chan, who was engaging, timely in keeping my appointment, & reassuring with the words “no surgery”! The waiting area keeps patients apprised of physician schedules, anticipating any delays. Brilliant. Waiting area is open to observe all staff activities. Dr Chan was extremely helpful to me today. He gave me very detailed information about my fracture and we came up with the perfect plan to get me 100 better. I highly recommend him! Very down to earth and patient.
Everyone is very nice and efficient. I was in and out quickly the Dr. is very nice.
Very thorough. All staff were pleasant and efficient
Very down to earth Doctor. Smiled and spoke to me face to face. Explained what he was viewing on the MRI imaging. Discussed issue in depth with treatment plan implementation. Staff were personable as well.
