I live in Beverly Hills and will drive to this location. The staff are incredibly kind and Doctors are empathetic and take their time assessing patients. Parking is available. Thank you all at HWIC for being amazing & caring🙏🏻
Came here cause I was feeling awful (turns out it was the flu). The nurses, staff and doctor were really kind. I felt well taken care of and heard with my concerns. Thank you guys ✌🏽
I’m always scared of grumpy front desk people in this country. It’s mentally tough to deal with those people especially when you are weak. People here are nice and they treat you with respect, which I appreciate. Practitioners are also nice and provide necessary care efficiently. I hope they will stay this way.
First time here. New to the area. I asked if they saw babies and took my insurance. They said yes. They made me fill out the paperwork while trying to attend to my toddler who has been dealing with a bad rash on his face for weeks. Finally done, she for my insurance, took one look at my card and said oh no we don’t take medical. I said I’ve never had this problem before ever in 20 years. She said yeahhhhh we only take LA Care. Great experience here at Hollywood Walk-In Clinic all the way from Linda at the front desk to the doctor that took great care of me. They took their time treating me which was much appreciated. I was able to receive extremely quick x-rays and the doc was able to successfully solve the problem. A lot of clinics in Los Angeles are hit or miss. This one is for sure a hit. Highly recommend!
