They kept me waiting forever. I think they specialize in senxually transmitted diseases, most clients are young and they attended everybody but me, even people who arrived after me. They are unethical.
This is by far the best service I’ve ever received at an urgent care the staff, favorite professional, prompt and sweet. I would definitely be coming back to this specific location if I ever need emergency care and I encourage you to do so as well.
I live in Beverly Hills and will drive to this location. The staff are incredibly kind and Doctors are empathetic and take their time assessing patients. Parking is available. Thank you all at HWIC for being amazing & caring🙏🏻
Came here cause I was feeling awful (turns out it was the flu). The nurses, staff and doctor were really kind. I felt well taken care of and heard with my concerns. Thank you guys ✌🏽
I’m always scared of grumpy front desk people in this country. It’s mentally tough to deal with those people especially when you are weak. People here are nice and they treat you with respect, which I appreciate. Practitioners are also nice and provide necessary care efficiently. I hope they will stay this way.
