Ruime kamers, zijn wel al wat verouderd. Om het matras zat een plastic hoes omheen maar wel katoenen lakens, zat vastgeplakt aan het bed sochtends. Ook het dekbedovertrek was vrij synthetische en daardoor ook warm. Verder netjes, gang wat gehorig maar het was rustig. Parkeren is first come, maar je kon ook gratis op straat parkeren of bij de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt of eettent. Dichtbij hollywood en de bus of tram.
Hotel charged me an extra day. I checked out a day early and was still charged the last night of my stay in full. Hotel staff refused to refund me even partially and hung up. They claimed, “I might have decided to come back,” so they didn’t cancel the last night. Absolutely horrible customer service. They hung up on the Expedia agent that tried to assist me as well. It is very convenient since it is only one block away from train station. Room service is quite ok, it will not throw out your stuff mistakenly. But you need to byo laundry equipment though. You can call the night staff to open door for you after ten, he is a nice fella.
The housing is very bad because there are thieves, it is unsafe, it smells bad, my bag was stolen and they only gave it to me with money.
Neste local já tinha alguns comentários bons e outros nem tanto, mas normal, cada um tem um ponto de vista. Já no primeiro dia ao chegar local, atendimento checkin muito bom e não é exigido calção. Já no local não houve uma atração, predio realmente antigo e falta fazerem algumas atualizações, mas tudo bem talvez queiram manter o mais rustico.
