The owner of this place jump me when I went to go pick up my dogs she accused me of soliciting and taking her business but it was her customer who asked me about my dogs I Mentioned to her customer that I had puppy’s but they where not for sale her customer say if I ever decide to sale my dogs to call her she keep Insisting that I take her number I just think the owner could of went about it a different way because rude is never good a little Professionalism goes a long way But overall like everybody puts on their reviews th... read more

Even though their prices are high, I still highly recommend Royal Pet Palace. Jessica and the staff were very helpful and service was excellent. I bought a pug puppy from here. I took her to my vet and my vet told me she is a very healthy puppy, all vacinnes were up to date, and she didn't need any vet attention. We have bought pugs in the past and I love the breed. This little cutie 💓 has been a wonderful addition to our family.

I went on Monday and the young woman that greeted us didn’t know much when I asked questions. I was told to contact the owner I did today told her I will be there to see the puppy I was interested in. I wanted to meet the puppy. $2500 is a lot of money to spend. She was very rude and seemed like I was bothering her. I will not be going back. If you’re running a business learn Customer Service and smile at least.

This place is sad for the pets and the owner was rude .. she only came because she thought are application for doggie was going to be approved. after that she just walks away no thank you for looking or coming by! that is no way to treat a customer. sad place never going back..

Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend them! Jessica and her staff do a great job, they have excellent selection of beautiful, top tier pups!
