owner is very rude and works her employees 7 days a week no breaks and no days off and if a employee is sick she still makes them come to work and then when it comes to pay day she refuses to fix there paycheck

Please don’t buy puppies from here. She gets dogs through breeders and brokers and could care less about the animal and more about the 2K to 3K she is going to be able to sell them for. BOYCOTT this place until they stop selling from breeders. How about you rescue some of the precious, pure-bred puppies that are dumped in shelters and rehabilitate them and adopt them out? Don’t support puppy mills. Adopt or find a breeder who breeds to PERSEVERE breed for what they are breed for. Make sure they have detailed tested on genetics and health defects. Meet the sire and dam.

Royal Pet Palace and Boutique is the best place in San Antonio to get a puppy. We are so very excited to add a new addition to our family all because of Jessica. Jessica executed superior customer service, worked her magic and was able to get us our puppy! She definitely went above & beyond!!We definitely recommend this place for your one stop shop. On April 17, 2020 I took a chance and diverted from my regular groomer, whom was closed due to COVID. I took our precious fur baby to this place. It is a day my family and I will regret for the rest of our lives. It took them a bit to bring him from the back. His paw was wrapped in cloth and the cloth was bloody. When we got home our fur baby was not acting normal. He was sad and didn't want to come out of his kennel. That evening he seemed worse. I unwrapped the cloth and could not believe my eyes.
