Emergency room visit for family member. Doctor was good. Nurse terrible. He acted like he was bothered when we asked if they could mop the blood off the floor from previous patient. When doc needed urine test, 20 mins later family member had to go, so told nurse to get us the stuff and we would do it, and he acted once again like it was a chore to get off his butt and do it. They also do not answer their main line phone number...like ever. Would not recommend unless you dont have a choice.

I had a cold that was persistent so I went in. I was prescribed a few medicines and was told to come back in after a week if I still wasn't feeling good. 2 weeks pass and I am still sick so I go in again. They did a flu, covid, and throat culture test on me. I was told to call back in 2-3 days if I hadn't heard my results. I called back on the 3rd day and was told everything was negative. I then asked what I should do and they put me in contact with a nurse. The nurse told me just to wait until my throat cultures were... read more

My office visits with Cardiologist, Dr. Marvin Siegel have been most beneficial to me regarding my particular issue. Certainly I believe he is an expert in his field, and one with a keen eye for detail. A meticulous record keeper and very cognizant of a new patient’s past related history, Dr. Siegel values and does not hesitate to employ the very latest in cardio-technology. Luckily I am not an acute case but with a condition that must be followed with advanced imaging techniques, a specialty of the Doctor. But please report... read more

He has been my doctor for over a year, best thing he did is get me to the medical center instead of this horrible Willowbrook methodist.. I was 1 min past the late time 6 months ago and did not wait after they gave me a hard time about it.. sorry I have 29% lung function and heart failure.. extra minutes maybe be needed without giving a hard time.. next available appointment was 2 months later. Just left the hospital for several lung problems and they need over a month to see me.. so by the time I said ok.. 30 mins later..2 ... read more

I have written 3 reviews and never posted!! Dr. Horton failed to draw a simple complete blood count on my husband failing to diagnose severe anemia due to a bleeding ulcer. He had to be admitted for emergency blood transfusions.  When we asked to change MDs we were told to leave the practice.

I made an appointment through their website and it said they accepted my insurance plan. When I arrived, they didn’t accept it, even after I had waited and paid to get there, and after the website had confirmed that they took my plan. I was very sick and needed a doctor right away. The second time I went, I went to urgent care. They treated me, accepted my insurance plan, and gave me the medications. I left without paying because they told me everything was covered. The medications didn’t work, so I went back a week later a... read more

They don't care. They missed a cyst in my brain and a while bunch on my ovaries. Too many of employees are on their cell phones rather than helping patients. They don't care; they really dont.
