Huge scammers! Moved in May 1, 2025 under the term that I’d be signing a one year lease. They snuck in an extra month without me noticing extending my lease to May 31, 2026. So I notify management 4/12/26 that I’m not renewing my lease. They say I’m required to give them 30 days notice (not mentioned in the lease/never communicated to me). One of the worst places I’ve ever lived! There are ROACHES. You’ll need to have your unit fumigated at least every two months. They do a “complimentary” spray each month but if you’re unavailable the day the fumigator is scheduled you’re screwed. Extremely noisy, if you live on the first floor you will hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbor does. Genuinely every footstep, I hear their furniture creak when they sit on it, every conversation, you can even hear your neighbors go to the bathroom! Not to mention the building next... read more

Some of the most formative spiritual years of my life unfolded there (1998-2003), my absolute darkest moments entwined with youth and magic. It’s where I hit rock bottom, and also where my precious son was born 25 years ago. How do I even rate such a place that was secondary to a chapter of my life so destructive and transformative all at once?

The amount noise generated from this apartment complex is off the charts. This place is always under construction. The noise from the staff starts at 7am and goes until the evening. That's when the tenants start their noise which goes until 3am most nights during the week. You hear leaf blowers, jackhammers all day and every day.
