Their service, and attitude towards their clients. It is the worst place to get your nails done was there waiting for service when my turn came the guy end up saying he didn't do what I wanted that I had to w as it longer, then the over charged me for the process done to my daughters I asked beforehand what the price was they said 45 each when it came time to pay they said it was more.
