I took my grandma to get a pedicure and the worker was so rude while my grandma was trying to voice her concerns about her nails, she even yelled at her at one point which I had to intervene in. Right after us another client came in (mind you we are POC while the other client was not) they were super nice to her sat her down right away and made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of, and that is exactly how I expect every client that enters their establishment is treated but unfortunately not in are case. I have been a client of Tammy's for close to 10 years. I alway get acceptional service. Highly recommend!
Well, no customer service, i asked for dark pink colour and she put light one and never asked about my choice. Dont go for acrylics Not worth. And if you are reading this dont think customers are fool just because they are not saying anything. 😡
