It’s a no for me you literally tell them what you want and they end up doing whatever they want. It’s just sad because you literally pay so much for your nails. They do your nail's short, crooked and bumpy
Got my nails done and the service was good the guy was nice it’s just so quiet in there they need some music. I felt like I was hearing everybody breathe lol but I do recommend.ONLY 50$
Sam was very rude , when I said I didn't like the shape he said "ok that's it" and I told him to do the requested design he said "no design I'm too tired" left with only 1 color paint on the nails and all nails had different shapes not even at at all.

Excellent customer service, my favorite person to do my pedicure is Rosa or Ruby ☺️
