I have always gone to another nail salon in Abilene and a couple of months ago it was temporarily closed bringing me to this one. I have now gone to this one 3 times getting 3 very different sets of nails each time. I have gotten 3 different employees as well. although all the employees are super nice, professional and do great work, Jolie is by far the best I have ever had. she did my nails this last time. the time and attention to detail she showed was impeccable I will not be going to anyone else but her from now on. she ... read more

When you schedule an appointment, dont put someone in that spot. I walked in the door, was waiting in line behind someone checking out, and there was someone behind me. While they were still checking the person out, they took the customer behind me. Then told me I was late and they just filled my spot. We drove in from out of town for this appointment. I wont waste that 2 hr drive ever again. And all because they dont recognize me like they do others...sad.
My friend and I went in and got our nails done. I think they did a great job with mine. However, when it came time to pay I had asked if they did military discount. To which the man responded that they did and everyone I’ve heard from says they do. So when I pulled out my military ID and card to pay, he said, oh. We don’t do military discount on the weekends. I was there 2 and half hours for a pedi and manicure. I didn’t get a manicure I got nails dipped . Showed tech design my design was crooked , I paid and was ready to leave. My first time there and last, I didn’t like the way they switch techs out and start someone else before they’re done with the you. Sorry very disappointed.
I came from Wisconsin to visit my friend and wanted to get our nails done. I like to visit places that are high rated. So I thought this place was promising. I fell in love with the cover picture ( the unicorn nail) and the guy that was going to do my was very confused and didn’t know any prices and had to interrupt the other technicians. He priced the blue unicorn nails 95-115$ and the sparkley nails at 80 dollars I can get a full set with coffin shape and a pedicure for 85$ where I’m from. RecommendedI love this place. Cozy but the nail techs are the best in Abilene. I almost don’t want to tell people so I can have them to myself.
Rose has always done a phenomenal job, and any of them are fabulous at pedicures... the Only place I'll go now!
