I walked in with acrylic nails and let them know that I needed them soaked off and that I wanted dip powder on my real nails. The man who cut my acrylics cut into my real nail, which was painful. He had cut into the tender area that the nail is attached to, the nail bed. I told him know that he was cutting my real nails and that I wanted the length and he responded by blaming me in an aggressive tone and saying that I never told him that I wanted to keep my real nails. I’ve been going here for a while they are always nice and always give me ideas especially howie and the other young gentleman that wears glasses I do not know his name but all their nail techs do amazing job I think every single one of them have done my nails and yet no complaints on them

i’ve had my nails done here three times. never had any problems until the third time. the base coat came off very quickly, revealing the matte acrylic powder and making them look messy. i just took them off after about 4 weeks, and about 4 of them ripped all of the nail that had grown underneath the acrylic off and made a few bleed. they glued them on too far down, and my nail was glued to the acrylic, causing it to rip and tear my nails in a way that shouldn’t happen with acrylics. i don’t think i’ll be going back here. HORRIBLE! I asked for long slender almond and got short stubby dagger nails AND they are all pointing in completely different directions. Not worth 50$ and to put the icing on the cake she tells me "oh I can do them how you wanted but it will cost extra". If they'd told me long nails cost extra I would have paid. But instead they gave me the opposite of what I asked for and told me after they'd fix them for additional charge? I'm so mad I didn't refuse to pay.
