After visiting this place, I was left with only one question: how does this so-called clinic continue working with people suffering from mental health disorders with such an attitude toward patients? I contacted my healthcare provider to seek help in obtaining antidepressants because I understood that my situation had already become critical. They redirected my request to this so-called clinic. I was refused psychiatric services based on discrimination, the receptionist and her supervisor were very rude and gave me an hostile attitude, I don't know why but I am seeking a lawsuit and filing a report to the ombudsman to further investigate the condoning of mental abuse to me and from what I witnessed other patients here have been verbally mistreated so far we have 3 affidavits to give testimony once we get the courts and a federal review involved, the supervisors or at least some of the people who are in charge here ... read more

Incredible staff, case managers and doctors! Helped me tremendously while experiencing difficult times in my life. Not sure about the level of care others have experienced but I felt heard and had amazing support at this center.

Every moment of experience with this clinic has been horrendous. Lack of care for patients, heavily disorganized and strong lack of professionalism. If this was the last mental health clinic on earth I would rather kill myself than walk in these doors again.
