I've taken my dog here multiple times and have always been extremely pleased. The first time I was unsure of what was best for my dog, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful picking a cut that was appropriate for our lifestyles. They've always been very flexible and easy to schedule an appointment with. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about grooming!!

I am currently a student at Cleveland Grooming Academy which works inside Hollywood Hounds Spa. I started my course June 12. We work hand in hand with the groomers and bathers, including Arielle and Kristi. I have read some of the reviews on here and am seriously amazed at some of the comments. I am at the shop 5 days a week 6 to 7 hours a day and have never witnessed anyone treating a dog poorly. What I see, is all the love and care these girls give to your pets while they are there.
