This place is amazing. From the staff to all the equipment, I love this place! They are very knowledgeable and even the other members are kind and support you in your journey! They have meals available, trainers, a variety of equipment and the gym is super super clean. We feel safe going here and there is always someone wiping down the equipment and ensuring that the gym is safe.

Smaller private gym with great trainers
I’ve been going for 5 weeks now. I’m down 20lbs. I hired Darron to be my coach and I’m completely satisfied. I actually enjoy going to the gym now. Gym is clean and not crowded. Good music and great temp. Not one negative complaint!
Excellent facility and even better ownership and trainers. Darron is an awesome guy and will get you on the right path. Check them out. I’m glad I did.

I train with Brittany Grigg & she has been amazing? The meal plan is great, food I actually like to eat. It’s customized for your goal! This is the only time I have ever saw results this fast. 3 weeks and I can see inches are going! So excited & worth the work!!!! 💪🏼 Everyone has made me feel welcomed! I would absolutely recommend this gym!!!!
