I can’t say enough good things about this place! The coaches are wonderful, the workouts are amazing, the community is so welcoming and encouraging! If you’re thinking about joining, don’t wait any longer, start today, you won’t regret it! I’m already seeing results and can’t wait to get even stronger as I continue! Thank you ISI Belmont for giving me a gym community where I feel right at home and can meet and exceed my fitness goals!
The trainers are great! The workouts are tough but rewarding! Everyone is nice & encouraging. My daughter loves the kids room. Between work, being a mom, and wife my schedule is never the same week to week so I love the flexibility of the class times. Come join you won’t regret it!
