ISI Elite Belmont has become a community I didn’t know I needed. Since joining, I have made nothing but progress to include; discipline and results. The team is very friendly, inviting, encouraging, and motivating. They push you to test your limits and offer extended opportunities to work on optimizing your goals such as, form, stretching, and even meditation! Genuinely had a wonderful time at ISI Elite Training. Our Session leader was Jesse and he did a phenomenal job coaching us with kindness and also holding us accountability so we could get better. The people were kind and encouraging. I had a great partner also! Definitely worth coming again.
