It's a great gym with a very pleasant and helpful staff. If you want serious results this is the place to be. They are equipped with some very serious and dedicated trainer's Go check it out

This is the best gym around . It is clean and the atmosphere is awesome . Darron and Ocie as well as the rest of the staff are great . When your tierd they pick you up . When you want to quit they push you . I made the change from a bigger gym a few months ago and I recommend trying this place . You won't be sorry for sure !!!!!
This gym is place a place of family love a home away from home I've been too alot of gyms and there's really something special about this 1 it's not just a gym and you would have to go too understand but I will say this once u go u will b hooked now GO and get JACKED AHHHHHHH ���
I got a great arm workout. Still tight from yesterday!!
