Fantastic service, knowledgeable employees! They are excellent!
Usually LOVE their self-bathing facilities. However, they closed the area early for "disinfecting spray " after I had waited for an hour Sunday afternoon.
I love the bakery! Had to buy the cute mini cupcakes for my 3 pups and even my picky eater was impressed :)
I've always loved Hollywood Feed for the customer service. The employees care about your fur baby as much as you do. Any question or concerns they are more than happy to help. Then there is their return policy. EXCELLENT. Example: I had to return some food all because of the size of the kibble. (I know sounds silly, but still...) I made a call to Hollywood Feed asking if they had the correct food & even stated it was my fault. I picked up the wrong bag. They had the correct one & gladly exchanged for the one I had opened. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It makes all the difference.
The crew is always helpful. Also they stand by thier brands and warranty. My dog chewed through his collar and the exchanged it for free. Even helped me adjust the new one. Highly suggest them. Shop local from folks who stand by thier products.
I stopped by about 30 minutes before closing to pick up a cone for my newly-neutered dog. The lady helped me find the right size cone and even took 15-20 minutes of her time to feed him treats while he cried from being so scared of the evil cone. Thank you for the patience, customer service and all the Fruitable treats Benny nibbled on! We'll be back... hopefully without a cone :)
