The absolute worst grooming experience I’ve had in 20 years of owning Yorkies. My groomer was out of town for a wedding, so I decided to try Terri. I asked for my little girl to be “shaped up” and thought I could trust a groomer with 28 years of experience. My fur baby was SHAVED DOWN to her BARE SKIN. I’ve always had my dogs in the breed standard of top knots... her hair looks like a short haired Chihuahua. I shopped there for feed monthly and other things sometimes at the same store. I lost my debit card and was waiting for a new one and when I went to the store and asked if I could write a check that one time they said NO. Now I go to Petco where my check is welcome if I need to write one. BTW, why would someone write a bad check to buy feed for their three dogs?

Great selection and great people! I came in with a puppy and no idea what I'm doing. One of the girls helped me out, showed me around, and suggested some great products. She recommended a fantastic collar, and showed me some of her dog's favorite chew treats, which happened to be on special. We'll be back again and again!
Great customer service, great selection, fair pricing and they support rescue groups! Also, it was started in memphis 😍 Love love love Hollywood feed!
Groomer is awesome. Quick, friendly, affordable, exactly what we need.
This location seems to be out of chicken layer feed at least 50% of the time. It drives me crazy. If you don't have the shelf space, just stop selling it so I don't get my hopes up. I'll drive another ten minutes to get it on Broad.
