the room staff was great but the pool lady and security was very disrespectful..
Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Amenities and service top notch. Rooms are large, clean with great view. Top end restaurant 5 star and we can’t wait to come back ..
Although it is a nice place to stay the staff has not been the most pleasant and even though I know things are tough with the pandemic they need to understand people are paying a pretty penny to stay at the hotel and expect to be treated respectfully and courteously.My family and I rented 4 rooms and if you have been here before you know how pricey this can be so we expected to have an amazing experience and vacation the 4 days we were here.
