Sabrina in the lobby store was SO HELPFUL! She helped me pick out what I wanted, and also tried to get assistance for me when I couldn’t remember where I parked my car! She was so sweet! She’s a keeper! Tell her I said THANKS!
Very active day early Aug at the beach, Landshark bar and siding USA. Good food drinks and views.
Very clean and a nice view of the beach. Covid had a lot shut down but still an enjoyable place!
Beautiful ,accommodating clean ...the very best I've stayed at ...very mindful of current pandemic, exceeds expectations. The one staff member that really went above and beyond was Bianca at the activities desk. Each day she greeted my family with a smile and accommodated our needs. Thank you Bianca ...your sweet disposition was a bonus to our stay.
NEVER AGAIN!! We check in after a long day of travel. Ac is out in room, maintenance guy finally leaves about 3am. Compressor is out. 12 hours later they decide to call and offer us another room. They are more worried about the “mask” mandate than they are of their guests. Nice place. Horrible customer service. Most of the hotel closed. Beaches are blah. The manager guy says... you know it gets hot down here. I’m well aware, we live in Dallas and it’s way hotter. I’d give negative stars if it was a option.
