I want to acknowledge what great customer service we received from MHBR! My son forgot his bookbag, we called from the airport & spoke to security (Corby & Kevin) They were able to locate the bag & provide a FedEx shipment to have it sent home to us. It was just delivered in perfect condition! Thank you so much for taking care of your guests!
Our food was delicious! Loved our view!
Most of staff were nice and helpful, but unfortunately there also were a handful of people directly rude and unfriendly. I was here with my family to celebrate a birthday. We will not return to this hotel again. We did not have a positive experience. This being everything from people working front desk, pool, beach and restaurants.
Great time here, clean and close to FLL for a short trip
Good Margaritas pricey but good
pools are warm even though we picked at 71 degree day. it's so nice here. day passes well worth it if you have a late flight!

Great concert by Mantrap !!! Great dancing crowd!!
