Hollywood Electrics was recommended by Zero to help my dealer in Rhode Island to lower my zero to allow me to ride! At 5 foot 1 inch tall the stock Zero was just a little to tall. Hollywood Electric recommenced their new shock and seat to lower my Zero S to a more comfortable height!!! They were WONDERFUL to work with! Thank you so much! Bought my first motorcycle here so I don't have a point of comparison, but I'm loving every second on my Zero(2017 SR). Whether for repairs, customization, gear, and everything else under the Sun everyone at the shop has been very helpful. The monthly group rides they host are also a lot of fun, I highly recommend joining in on them.
These guys are awesome to work with. Purchased a 2018 SR at the beginning of the year and the bike � has been awesome! The other day I received a notice on my Zero app informing me that there was a firmware update available for the bike. During the update there was a problem and that’s when I called Tyler in service where he walked me through the next steps to restore operation. �
