They were supposed to arrive yesterday, they arrived today at whatever time they felt like not what they had mentioned to me, and then they dropped it off to a random neighbor! Letting anybody just sign for it! That’s crazy they just dropped it off to a random person!
If I could give 0 Stars I would! I had a delivery scheduled for 9 - 11am. I asked dispatch for a later time slot but was informed that I could pick any day but they only deliver between 9 - 11am. Okay, that's fair enough. So my delivery day comes and now it's 11:30 am and no delivery? I call dispatch and they say it'll be at least 45 more minutes? They were supposed to deliver by 1 pm today, but they called me at 12:30 pm to “schedule a delivery.” Now, it won’t be until tomorrow. They could’ve called earlier in the morning or the day before to schedule. Let’s see what BS excuse they give me tomorrow when they don’t deliver. Only gave one star because I had to.
Kinda and professional delivery drivers. We didn’t commission them but a repair company used them to send off equipment for repair. Great team!
