HDS deserves 0 stars from start to finish. They wake us up at 6:45am and say they are waiting for an assist to join the driver to help off load, be there in 30 minutes. At 7:30am we call and they say, no we have not left yet, getting the truck loaded. HDS arrives at 10am with no assist required by the shipper notes on the waybill. The driver is a frail sickly man who recently had two broken arms. He is good for nothing, and he should not even be driving in that condition, let alone a truck. They were supposed to arrive yesterday, they arrived today at whatever time they felt like not what they had mentioned to me, and then they dropped it off to a random neighbor! Letting anybody just sign for it! That’s crazy they just dropped it off to a random person!
If I could give 0 Stars I would! I had a delivery scheduled for 9 - 11am. I asked dispatch for a later time slot but was informed that I could pick any day but they only deliver between 9 - 11am. Okay, that's fair enough. So my delivery day comes and now it's 11:30 am and no delivery? I call dispatch and they say it'll be at least 45 more minutes?
