After a 6 mile walk Cryo therapy felt amazing I want everyone to know 3 minutes of Cryo you burn up to 600 calories love it 😍

I have been doing the 42 day cryo challenge for 9 days now and with only 4 sessions in I have lost 3 lbs and my family, friends and even my co workers have noticed how smaller I am. I truly recommend this place to anyone that is not only trying to look better but to feel better as well. You will definitely leave this place feeling rejuvenated and you can’t beat the prices !!!! I promise you won’t regret it !!!
