This amazing little gem has the perfect location and everything my wife and I were searching for as a last minute stay in downtown. Alvin was the best host I've ever encountered, he even offered to help bring our bags up stairs! We extended our stay and will visit again. I had to edit to give praise to Patricia, she is the hardest working woman in Hollywood. Her breakfast service is outstanding and she ran a mile to get me a fresh dish sponge. Coming here feels like visiting family.

Cuando llegamos la impresión no fue buena. El de recepción, un señor mayor asiático, estaba viendo televisión y parecía que ni trabajaba allí. No sabía español y no se esforzó por hacerse entender. La habitación era grande, con cama grande y cómoda. El baño era como de psicosis. Todo en mal estado y anticuado, necesita una reforma. El precio de la habitación a 250$ noche me parece excesivo para lo que se ofrece. Great hotel especially with young kids. Staff are very helpful friendly and you become part of the family. Patricia the breakfast lady is lovely even bought our kids gifts!! Was a fantastic end to our 5 week trip and great access to Hollywood.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The property itself is very old and quite run down. The corridors and my room had a very bad smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel really needs major repairs and updating. On the positive side, the staff were very nice and polite throughout my stay. Patricia, who was serving breakfast, was especially kind and welcoming.
