Should have read the reviews first…exact same issue happened to me. The coffee table I ordered arrived damaged and they claimed it happened with the shipper, even though on the packing slip that THEY SIGNED, it says the item was scratched and chipped. When I confronted them, their only defense was the photos they took immediately after the piece was finished…which was a full month before it shipped! So it clearly scratched and chipped while it was waiting to be picked up from their warehouse. Inexcusable for such an expensiv... read more
