I've lived here 2+ years and it's a decent apartment for the price and area. However, the dog feces have gotten worse as the time has passed, even though there are doggie bags for residents to use, I've found broken glass at the kids playground, and no one has ever responded to my emergency after hours calls, ever. The pool area is great and has plenty of chairs for people to lounge and hangout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yes it has flaws, but for the area, price, and staff, these apartments are pretty good.
Absolutely love where I live! Great people, quiet area & have an awesome + friendly dog park! Couldn't of asked for a better home Holly View Apt!
