She was asked to cut a 1” trim. She cut almost 4” and very uneven with 1 side higher than the other with longer hairs all over completely missed. Simply terrible job. Even negligent. Don’t go there ever. See photo.
Holly's is super friendly and helpful. She did a great job accommodating my schedule and was very informative about the keratin treatment and answered every question.
