Small issues have occurred like people not picking up poop, closing gym without notice and additional fees during covid19 asking us to pay online which I hope will be waived. Overall an ok place but seen problems over the years. Water turned off without warning or no hot water multiple times per year
Try to stay away from here high prices for nothing special, parking is a issue visitor parking always used by residents here for their extra cars or to save spots for their extra vehicles to switch in and out from the assigned parking in the gate, then management not very helpful. Nasty people walk their dogs and don’t pick up their left overs. If I can give a 0 star I would. Stay away almost 1700 for a one bedroom Is ridiculous!!
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Where to start... the electric problems, the bugs, notices on your door if you have an overnight guest, or the theft? I moved here last May (10 months ago) I have gone through THREE refrigerators in this apartment, and before they fried, my electric bill jumped from $30-$115 for two months. In one week, the fridge, microwave, and dishwasher broke. IN ONE WEEK. My microwave that was purchased less than a year ago runs on its own if its plugged in. Ever heard of that? Me either.
