Why is this allowed to go on! – I want to know why a Dr. who takes a oathe to save lives is not instead he is taking a life. First he prescribes ADD meds to a child all her life, but she has never been diagnosed by a mental expert as being ADD. And she is 18 now and a drug addict. Then her mother is given pain killers for back pain and another med that is so powerful that the family is told to make contact if she has any mood or behavior changes. Genuine and Quality Care – Holly Tree Family Practice, and in particular, Dr. Taylor is a blessing in our lives. Four generations now see him and we love him dearly. He stays on top of things and the children love him and can't wait to hear the dog barking or cow mooing when he checks their ears. The staff is top notch and it is great to see the same faces every time when we go there. Thank you Holly Tree for caring for my family-all 12 grandchildren

16 years of Excellent Care – My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Berglind since the office opened, about 16 years ago. He is a genuinely caring and competent doctor, always takes time to explain and discuss any issue...which is to say, he does not normally rush you out the door. I also have found no issues with treatment from the other docs in the practice, when Dr. Berglind was not available. Will never go there again!!! – My family and I were patients here for 6 years. I finally got tired of waiting over an hour to see a doctor. When your kids are sick, the last thing you want to do is sit in the doctor's office all day. When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, it was told to me by a nurse. The doctor came in afterwards, explaining nothing. He told me to go home, pack some clothes, and wait for them to call about going to the hospital. We changed doctor's right after that. Would not go any where else! – I have been coming to Holly Tree Family Practice for 12 years and would go no where else. I wanted my children to been see by Dr. Taylor instead of going to a pediatrician. Dr. Taylor is the most caring person that establishes a relationship with his patients. Drawback is wait time but that can not be controlled considering every patient has needs that are being met.

Been gone for 1 year – Myself and family were patients at Holly Tree for close to 10 years. In 2008 we got our records transferred for our kids, and I am in the process of doing the same for myself and my husband. I thought it was standard to have to wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Come to find out, after visiting my childrens new doctor for many visits, it doesn't have to be that way. Great Place – I have no complaints about this place. I don't know what the other people are complaining about, but never have I nor any of my family ever been treated rudely by anybody on the staff. We've had some problems with the answering service, but never with Holly Tree.

RUDE STAFF – Our entire family has been going to Holly Tree for many years. The doctors are good, however the staff are the rudest I have ever encountered. We have finally had enough.

Holly Tree is about speed and definatley not about care & concern and certainly not about polite office staff. – I have been going to Holly Tree for 8 years and finally had enough today. I put up with rude front office staff out of the closeness of the facility and my experience with Dr. Bergland but after the rudeness I received today on the phone I am going to find a new place to take my family.
