Dr. Shrum & his team are wonderful. He always takes fantastic care of our animals. I highly recommend him and his team.
I had to take our boxer to Holly Tree yesterday. It was the first time I had met Dr Wallach. We normally make appointments with Dr Shrum, but he wasn't available yesterday morning. So we saw Dr Wallach who was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and exercised discretion when talking to me since I had one of my children with me. I highly recommend Holly Tree Animal Hospital for all of your pets needs!
I highly recommend Dr. Shrum and his team. He provides excellent care for our dog and does a fantastic job at explaining medical conditions to our family. He really understands senior dogs and is sensitive to the extra needs they have in their old age. Excellent customer service by the entire team, too. We had to say goodbye to one of sweet dogs late last year and Dr. Shrum was a great support for us as we navigated a cancer diagnosis. Thanks, Dr. Shrum and staff, for all you do!
They have always been great with our pets and one of them is quite a handful. They are great with our cats and the cats are actually calm and so is our crazy Chihuahua after he gets out if the waiting room.
Dr. Shrub and his entire staff are the most wonderful, compassionate group when dealing with your pets. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Jackie or one of the others up front to the technicians, veterinary staff and veterinarians, your babies are in good hands.
We have been with Holly Tree Animal Hospital for over 18 years. They have taken care of all our various pets with tremendous care. During a couple difficult times we had to say 'goodbye' to our pets, they were incredibly supportive. I believe that our family would qualify for the 'frequent visitor' plan, if there was one! GREAT group of professionals!
Hollytree and Dr.Shrum have been my vet for over 20 years......does that tell you something? Kind, caring,patient, thoughtful and thorough. My husband and i will always have our cats and dogs and Hollytree will always be our choice!
